@op From my knowledge they are hardly effected by sig radius, and what you are saying supports that. Sleepers cheat in nearly every way, and that is what makes them a little harder than normal npcs.

The arch and hacking sites are nice, but i despise having 20 bpc's before I have enough of the required items to build like 4 runs. I dunno if it is just random but it seems like I get way for bpc's than I do items to build them with.
